No, and there is no right number. Robin Dunbar's work describes layers of closeness whose size varies greatly from one person to another without the depth of the bonds depending on it. The test places the reach of your circle as a characteristic, never as a quantity to reach.

There is no consensus typology of friendship as there is of attachment styles. The model therefore rests on dimensions documented separately: the layers of closeness described by Robin Dunbar, self-disclosure studied by Sidney Jourard and then formalised by Irwin Altman and Dalmas Taylor in 1973, the responses to disagreement classified by Caryl Rusbult, and the renewal of friendship networks measured by Cornelia Wrzus and colleagues in 2013.

Each archetype is described with its support and its cost, with no hierarchy. The report says what your way of doing things gives you before saying what it costs you, and never recommends changing it.
